1. Adults-only access

The Service is intended solely for individuals who are at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is greater. All companions are fictional characters depicted as adults. Access is restricted by an age-verification gate on entry, and we may require you to re-confirm your eligibility at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access where we cannot reasonably establish that a user meets this requirement.

2. Prohibited content

The following content is strictly prohibited and may be removed without notice. Serious violations are reported to the appropriate authorities:

• Any content that sexualizes minors, whether real or AI-generated, and any depiction of a person presented as a minor.
• Non-consensual sexual content, or content depicting real, identifiable individuals without their consent.
• Hate speech, harassment, threats, or content that promotes, incites, or facilitates real-world harm.
• Content that infringes intellectual-property rights or violates applicable law.
• Attempts to access, extract, or misuse another user's private data or media.

3. Real individuals and consent

You may not create, request, or generate companions or media that impersonate or sexualize a real, identifiable person — including public figures, private individuals, or anyone known to you — without that person's express consent. Uploading or submitting another person's likeness for explicit content is prohibited. We treat violations of this policy as a serious breach of these standards.

4. Your privacy and controls

You retain meaningful control over the content you create and the experience you receive:

• Content ratings are configurable in Settings; mature content remains gated until you opt in.
• Companions and generated media are private to your account by default.
• You may delete any companion, conversation, or generated image at any time from the My AI area.

5. Reporting and enforcement

If you encounter content that violates these standards, please report it using the reporting option in the relevant content menu, or contact our safety team at safety@dreamforge.example. We review all reports and may remove content, issue warnings, or suspend or terminate accounts in accordance with the severity of the violation and our Terms of Service.
