These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) constitute a binding agreement between you and DreamForge (“DreamForge,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and govern your access to and use of the DreamForge website, applications, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). Please read them carefully. By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction (whichever is greater), to access or use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
The Service enables users to create and interact with fictional, AI-generated companions and to generate associated media. Companions are works of fiction; they are not real persons and do not represent real individuals. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You agree not to share your account or use another person's account, and to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any manner prohibited by our Safety Center, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. This includes, without limitation, content involving minors, non-consensual depictions of real persons, harassment, or infringement of third-party rights. We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
You retain ownership of the companions and media you create using the Service (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, process, and display Your Content solely as necessary to operate and provide the Service. You are solely responsible for the prompts you submit and the content you generate, and you represent that you have the necessary rights to do so. Our handling of your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
Certain features, including image and video generation, consume tokens. The price and terms of token purchases and subscriptions are presented at checkout. Except where required by applicable law, tokens that have been spent are non-refundable, and purchases are final.
Companions are fictional and their messages and media are generated by artificial intelligence. Output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or otherwise unreliable, may not reflect real events or persons, and must not be relied upon as professional, legal, medical, financial, or other advice.
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DreamForge and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or our Safety Center, or to protect the Service or other users. You may stop using the Service at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time as the Service evolves. Where changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify you. Your continued use of the Service after the updated Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of them.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of your place of residence, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, except where mandatory local law provides otherwise.
