Privacy Policy

1. Who this applies to

The Service is adults-only. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18 years of age, or the age of majority in their jurisdiction. Access is restricted by an age gate on entry; if we learn that we have collected information from a person who does not meet this requirement, we will delete it. See the Safety Center for our adults-only standards.

2. Information we collect

We collect the following categories of information, all in order to provide the Service:

• Account information. Your email address (used for sign-in by one-time code), and, if you sign in with Google or GitHub, the basic profile information those providers return. You may also add a display name, handle, bio, and avatar.
• Age confirmation. When you clear the 18+ gate we record that you confirmed your eligibility, the method used (by default, self-attested date of birth), and the time of confirmation. We retain this as a compliance record.
• Content you create. The companions, prompts, conversations, preferences, and media you generate or save while using the Service.
• Billing information. If you purchase tokens or a subscription, our payment processor handles your card details directly — we do not receive or store full card numbers. We store a customer and subscription reference, your plan and status, and your token balance and ledger.
• Technical and usage information. Information generated automatically when you use the Service, such as request metadata and diagnostic error reports. Diagnostic reports are scrubbed to avoid including the contents of your messages or media.

3. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

• provide, operate, secure, and improve the Service;
• authenticate you and maintain your session;
• process payments and manage tokens, subscriptions, and entitlements;
• enforce our Terms and Safety Center, including reviewing reports and moderating prohibited content;
• diagnose problems, prevent abuse, and protect the Service and its users; and
• comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests.

4. Service providers we share with

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers that process it on our behalf to deliver the Service, and only as needed for that purpose. These include:

• Payment processing — to take payments and manage subscriptions.
• Email delivery — to send sign-in codes and account notices.
• Cloud storage and hosting — to store generated media and run the Service.
• AI generation providers — your prompts and any reference content you supply are sent to the model providers that produce chat replies, images, and video.

We may also disclose information where required by law, to enforce our agreements, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of DreamForge, our users, or the public.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

We use a small number of strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to remember essential preferences such as your age-gate confirmation. We do not use these for third-party advertising. You can control cookies through your browser, but disabling necessary cookies may prevent you from signing in.

6. Data retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, and thereafter as required to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When you delete content in the app, it is removed from the Service immediately and is no longer visible to you or anyone else; we may retain the underlying record for a limited period for safety, abuse-prevention, and legal-compliance purposes. When you delete your account, your records and stored media are erased as described below.

7. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can exercise the core of these directly in the app:

• Update your profile and content preferences in Settings.
• Delete companions you created and generated media from the My AI area, and delete individual conversations from your chat list.
• Delete your account from Settings. Deleting your account removes your profile, your companions, your conversations and messages, your generated media records, and your saved preferences from the Service.

8. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect your information, including transport encryption and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. International transfers

We and our service providers may process and store information in countries other than the one in which you reside. Where we transfer personal information across borders, we take steps intended to ensure it receives an adequate level of protection under applicable law.

10. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time as the Service evolves or as legal requirements change. Where changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify you. Your continued use of the Service after the updated Policy takes effect constitutes your acceptance of it.
